APPLICATIONS:

1) As resins, plasticizers, surfactants, emulsifiers and demulsifiers raw materials, can also be used as antifreeze and heat carrier;

2) Body solvent; Wetting agents; Moisturizing factor; Anticaking agent. Antioxidants; Tissue improver; Surfactant; Stabilizing agent;Thickener; Dough conditioner; Emulsifier; Seasoning; Excipients; Processing aid. GB2760 ~ 96 as food processing additives. It is mainly used as a solvent for various flavors, pigments and preservatives, as well as extraction solvent for fragrant Chemicalbook beans, roasted coffee granules and natural flavors. A moisturizing and softening agent for candy, bread, packaged meat, cheese, etc. It can also be used as anti-mildew agent for noodles and stuffing. Adding 0.006% in soybean milk can keep the flavor unchanged when heated and make the package tofu white and shiny;

3) As a solvent, the preservatives, colors, antioxidants and other food additives insoluble in water can be dissolved in it, and then added to food; Has the stronger hygroscopicity, has the moisture retention and the antifreeze function to the food. It is stipulated in China that it can be used for pastry and the maximum usage is 3.0g/kg.
